As a vendor integrating into Jetti, orders pushed to your store will simply appear as a normal order. It should be picked up and processed by any third party apps you have installed (e.g Shipstation etc).
The invoicing address will be set to the merchant you are drop shipping with and the shipping address to the customer. Jetti will also add two tags to each order, 'dropship' and one with the name of the merchant.
Jetti will automatically match up the products being dropshipped and won't change any product details in the store. To enable the integration with Jetti:
- In Shopify, go to Apps > Manage private apps > Create private app
- Enter “Jetti” for the name and the contact email as firstname.lastname@example.org
- Jetti will need access to "Orders, transactions and fulfillments" (Read and Write) and "Products, variants collections" (Read)
- Send us or your merchant the details you see in the “Authentication” section on the next page.
Note: Please copy and paste all of the details into the email when sending to email@example.com or your merchant. Jetti will need both the store URL (mystore.myshopify.com) and the API password. If these are not in the email, we won't be able to connect your store.
